The Open Space Alliance is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to assisting the Albuquerque Open Space Division to enhance the experiences of visitors and volunteers on Open Space properties.
Using funds raised through donations, fundraisers, grants and limited merchandise sales, OSA funds Open Space Division programs such as trial cleanups, bosque plantings, stargazing events, moonlight concerts, a youth archery program, volunteer appreciation banquets, and more.
The vision of the Open Space Alliance is an Albuquerque in which all residents and visitors understand and value the amazing undeveloped open space amenity that surrounds and permeates the city.
Their mission is to advocate for and support the Albuquerque Open Space program in any and all ways that advance our vision.
They accomplish these objectives through a formal understanding between OSA and the City Parks and Recreation Department.
