The National Museum of Nuclear Science & History has a day of engineering fun planned for Saturday, February 2.
During ‘Discover STEM Day’ visitors will be able to experience the wonder of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) while participating in interactive, kid-friendly activities.
Enjoying ice cream made with liquid nitrogen, dancing electricity through Tesla coils, human-powered circuits, and solar cells are just a few of the activities planned during the event.
Participation in the day’s activities are included with paid museum admission.
No pre-registration is required and admission can be paid at the door, upon arrival to the event, on February 2.
