Modern Albuquerque Hosting Three Screenings of the Film Bunny O'Hare at the Guild Cinema

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) - Modern Albuquerque is hosting three screenings of the film Bunny O'Hare at the Guild Cinema on Sunday, November 11.

Filmed partially on location in Albuquerque in 1970, the movie features Bette Davis and Ernest Borgnine as bank robbers.

The real stars, however, are some of the film's vintage filming locations including the original Winrock Shopping Center and Princess Jeanne bank branch - buildings that long-time residents will recognize.

The event is made possible through the support of sponsors Hops Brewery and Realtor Talia Freedman.

Modern Albuquerque wants to use this opportunity to tell the community about themselves and their work with Albuquerque's modern architecture and mid-century history.

Events like this film screening allow them to bring in revenue that supports their research and outreach efforts.
