The Council of Albuquerque Garden Clubs is the umbrella organization for all of the Garden Clubs in Albuquerque, including the Native Plant Society, Flower design groups, Cactus Society and the Master Gardeners.
The council participates in a variety of civic events like manning the garden hotline, providing landscaping for public buildings, making home visits and holding the Tomato Fiesta and the Abq Garden Tour for example.
The Council of Albuqeruque Garden Center is there to help make Albuquerque as green and as pleasant as is possible in a high desert environment suffering from serious drought.
The Garden Center’s first ever auction is February 23, 2019, and will include a 1928 Mercedes replica to auction off as well as two households of furniture and decorative items.
