Agora Crisis Center Looking for Volunteers

The Agora Crisis Center is one of the oldest crisis centers in the country.

For decades, the Center has continued to offer free and confidential emotional support, referrals and education to communities all over the state and nationwide.

Agora’s spring volunteer training class is coming up soon and they would love to invite people to apply to volunteer with their organization.

It’s a total of 40 hours of nationally accredited crisis chat specialist training that involves lectures, group work and role plays.

The training dates are February 16 and the 24, as well as March 2 and 9.
