Get ready foodies, New Mexico Restaurant week is back for it’s10th year, and in 2019, it’s going to be bigger and better than it’s ever been before. New Mexico Restaurant Week features value pricing on dinners and lunches as well as daytime classes and tastings.
You can interact personally with some of the most talented chefs, bartenders, and sommeliers in the world. At the event, you can learn from the best in the business to teach you how to mix a killer margarita, bake a chocolate soufflé at altitude, make your own mozzarella, or whip out pastry dough like a pro.
This year, 22 restaurants are participating and one of those restaurants is the Artichoke Cafe.
The Artichoke Cafe strives to serve the best cuisine in the new American style by using the finest, freshest, seasonal ingredients, combined with classic French cooking techniques in an elegant relaxed environment. Their restaurant has developed a reputation for great food and a commitment to our community and city as they will be celebrating their 30th anniversary this year.
