Molina healthcare files restraining order

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) — A New Mexico healthcare company is filing a restraining order against the state.

Molina Healthcare is now filing an order against the state Human Services Department after losing its contract to Evolve.

The order cites several issues with the bidding process but specifically, a conflict of interest claiming the contracting consultant has financial ties to the winning company.
