The city of Albuquerque wants to help local artists.
Monday, city leaders launched the “Tipping Points for Creatives” project. It hopes to bring musicians, artists and other entrepreneurs together, and then help find the resources they need to go to the next level.
“An example might be a visual artist who’s emerging might need some high-quality photography. That would be a tipping point because once they have it, they can have a great website,” Shell Sanchez, Cultural Services Department spokesperson, said.
First, the city needs all artists to fill out a questionnaire by March 31. To fill out the form, click here.
