News

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A man has been taken into custody after deputies say he lead them on a chase, then tried to hit one of their cruisers with a stolen truck.

They say 21-year-old Dominic Moya was spotted in Bernalillo County early Friday morning in a stolen truck. He fled to Valencia County where deputies say he tried to ram a deputy’s cruiser. He then drove back to Albuquerque.

At some point, he stopped and took off on foot. Deputies set up a perimeter in the area near Lead and Carlisle and Moya was arrested there shortly after.

Officials say Moya also had a warrant out for his arrest for another crime.
