Police say a man was run over on purpose near Montgomery and San Pedro, Friday morning.

The Albuquerque Police Department says a woman told them that she was babysitting for her sister, Viranna Nastacio, who she later picked up from a bar.

Police say the two started arguing, and a friend, Justin Booqua, separated them.

Nastacio allegedly took her daughter, got into a car and hit Booqua, running him over.

She was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and child abuse.
