A man is in custody after a SWAT standoff in southeast Albuquerque.
Police say 37-year-old Albert Perea is charged with breaking and entering after breaking into a trailer and barricading himself inside.
Officers say he is related to the trailer’s former owner, but the trailer park repossessed it. Police say Perea has broken in before.
Zuni Road between Wyoming Boulevard and Central Avenue was shut down during the standoff Tuesday afternoon, but has since reopened.
