ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The man who killed 4-year-old Lilly Garcia in a fit of road rage will spend more time behind bars.
Tony Torrez was sentenced Monday to about eight and a half years on federal gun and drug charges for what was found inside his home when he was arrested for Lilly’s murder in 2015.
Investigators seized drugs and about $64,000 in cash from Torrez’s home and vehicles.
They also found several guns and ammo, which he admitted to having to protect himself.
Torrez is currently serving 16 years for Lilly’s murder.
