Man arrested in fatal ABQ shooting

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – It’s been more than three months, but Albuquerque police arrested a man Monday afternoon they say shot and killed another man during a robbery.

Police say they received a tip the accused killer was hiding out near the Sunport.

They arrested 18-year-old Julius Toney for the November shooting of two men. One of the victims, 37-year-old Ervin Gallas, died.

APD says the other suspect, 18-year-old Michael Hall is still on the run.
