A man arrested for stealing exotic birds from an Albuquerque pet shop is on the run again.
Police say Daniel Ibuado and his brother took off with two parrots from Petland on Paseo del Norte and Louisiana in January.
Ibuado was caught in El Paso in March.
Judge Maria Dominguez released him, but court documents show he has not kept up with the court supervision she ordered.
A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
Police are still looking for his brother.
