The man who allegedly stabbed a gas station clerk is scheduled to be in court Wednesday.
Police say 41-year-old Benjie Montano walked into the Giant at Central and Eubank earlier this month.
Officers say he waited for all the customers so to leave so he could rob the store.
Investigators say Montano then forced one of the employees into the storage room where he stabbed him.
He was later arrested.
Thursday afternoon a judge could decide whether he’ll stay behind bars.
