Man accused of killing two people near church parking lot expected in court

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Prosecutors are expected to ask a judge to hold a man charged with murder on no bond.

Anthony Kapinski faces two open counts of murder for allegedly shooting and killing Jordan Mucher and Paul Francia last Friday at a church parking lot near Montgomery and Carlisle.

Witnesses told police the two confronted Kapinski about stolen car parts then a fight broke out and shots were fired.
