The Florida man accused of groping a woman on a Southwest flight to Albuquerque will be released from custody, as long as his wife says it’s okay.
Bruce Alexander was arrested over the weekend after a woman on a flight from Houston said he grabbed her breast.
While Alexander was being taken to jail, police say he told them “the President of the United States says it’s okay to grab women by their private parts.”
However, he never actually admitted to the groping.
In federal court Tuesday morning, the judge ordered Alexander into a halfway house.
He’ll be released to his wife, as long as she agrees to be his custodian.
