For 48 years, the North American Indian Women’s Association has preserved cultural beliefs and traditions, but their membership drive is critical for the future.
The North American Indian Women’s Association (NAIWA) has celebrated a 48 year history, the longest existence of any Indian women’s organization. Their goal is to promote the betterment of home; family life and community; health and education; inter-tribal communications; awareness of Indian culture and fellowship among all people.
The group is passionate but small and is conducting a membership drive to continue their valuable work.
