Local beer, wine makers partner to raise money for food bank

News

You can help Roadrunner Food Bank all month by having a drink.

Gov. Susana Martinez proclaimed the month of September as “Tap Into New Mexico Craft Month.”

The proclamation celebrates New Mexico beers, wines and spirits.

“We have so many things sourced in. It’s just neat to focus on stuff that we made maybe right down the street or a couple of miles from your house,” said Leah Black, Marble Brewery.

The state partnered with Marble Brewery, Santa Fe Spirits and St. Clair Winery to raise money for the Road Runner Food Bank.

A donation is made any time you buy products anywhere you see the “Tap Into New Mexico Craft” logo.
