ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The man who stabbed a business owner with a drug needle is facing three years behind bars.

Wednesday, Shammon Cordova was found guilty of battery and possession of a controlled substance.

Cordova was arrested back in September after attacking a business owner who tried to kick him out of his car lot on Wyoming near Copper. Sentencing is set for next month.
