A federal judge ruled a medical cannabis company can display its equipment and pictures of pot plants at its State Fair booth.
Ultra Health sued Expo New Mexico in 2017 for refusing to let it showcase its products.
The ban came the year after the fair threw the company out for displaying a live pot plant, which the courts ruled was a violation of medical marijuana production laws.
But Ultra Health argued that the ban on even showing pictures of pot plants was unreasonable.
The federal court agreed, saying the State Fair is not allowed to stop Ultra Health from showing off its pot-growing implements or images of its products.
