A restraining order meant to protect Congresswoman Michelle Lujan Grisham from a former intern has been quashed.
A judge granted the restraining order last week against Riley Del Rey, who claimed she was fired from Lujan Grisham’s congressional office because she’s transgender.
Lujan Grisham denies the claim.
Del Rey was arrested for disorderly conduct while protesting Lujan Grisham’s speech at the Pre-Primary Convention.
However, on Wednesday, another judge reversed the order saying Del Rey is already required to stay away from Lujan Grisham because of the pending criminal case.
