A judge ordered the autopsy report for Albuquerque attorney Mary Han be changed from “suicide” to “undetermined.”

Han died from carbon monoxide poisoning at her home in 2010.

Her family claims she was murdered, and said the Albuquerque Police Department botched the investigation.

They say dozens of APD employees swarmed the crime scene and evidence went missing.

The matter went to trial, and Wednesday the judge said the Office of the Medical Investigator’s determination was baseless because the scene was contaminated.

OMI says it stands behind its investigation.
