A storm system will continue to work to our west and north today. This will give the western and central parts of the state a shot at a few showers through Thursday morning. A drying trend will take hold Friday and Saturday. Along with more sunshine, expect cooler temperatures in the wake of the storm passing to the north.
Moisture returns to the east, helping fire a few showers and storms there for Sunday. A few showers will linger into Monday before drier air works back in for the middle of next week.
