Get ready to dive headfirst into some new and creative foods at Isotopes Park.
The team showed off nearly a dozen fresh ideas, including the buffalo chicken cheeseburger and the green chile relleno burger.
However, the chef’s favorite is the New Mexicago dog — a Chicago hot dog with a New Mexico twist, which of course includes green chile.
“The great thing about Triple-A baseball is the crazier the item is, the bigger it is, the ‘wow’ factor, that’s what the fans come to expect,” Executive Chef Ryan Curry said.
If you have a sweet tooth, there’s also a dessert poutine, offering funnel cake fries with cheesecake, chocolate sauce and frosting.
