Wednesday morning they cooked up roasted red pepper caprese salad using ABQ Olive Oil Co Basil Olive Oil; this salad is a tiny departure from the traditional Caprese Salad. Along with that, the salmon is coated with ABQ Olive Oil Co Blood Orange Olive oil, herbs and salt then baked or grilled. Steamed asparagus is tossed with ABQ Olive Oil Co Infused Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil (lemon zest, garlic and parsley infused), seasoned with lemon pepper and salt, and then drizzled with ABQ Olive Oil Co White Lemongrass Mint Balsamic. Finish with a sprinkle of toasted almonds.
