Governor Martinez announces plan to crack down on drunk drivers


ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The state has a plan to crack down on drunk drivers who don’t show up to court. The governor announced Wednesday State Police will be conducting an operation every three months next year to find and arrest them. Earlier this year, law enforcement tracked down and arrested 33 drunk drivers with outstanding bench warrants.
