SANTA FE, N.M. (KRQE) – A new leader for New Mexico’s Energy, Minerals and Natural Resources Department will soon be on the job.
Governor Susana Martinez has appointed former oil and natural gas industry executive Ken McQueen to the position.
Governor Martinez says McQueen will be in charge of a state energy plan that emphasizes job creation and supporting national efforts toward energy independence.
