Hunters — plan on running into some Game and Fish officers this fall season.

Conservation officers will be conducting roadblocks throughout the state to collect and harvest data and look for violations.

The department says officers will also be checking compliance with OHV laws and woodcutting permits.

As a result of the checkpoints, the public should expect minor delays in national forests.

If you see anything suspicious this hunting season call Operation Game Thief at 1-800-432-4263 or click here.
