Former corrections officer accused of rape faces judge

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A former corrections officer accused of raping inmates faced a judge Wednesday.

Enock Arviso resigned from MDC last year after an inmate claimed he raped her while escorting her from a court hearing.

But his attorney claims Arviso was not working that day.

Wednesday, a judge announced Arviso would undergo four different trials — one for each victim.

The first is scheduled for May 8th.
