An Albuquerque family court judge pleaded guilty Thursday to DWI.

Deborah Walker was drunk when she crashed on Candelaria near Rio Grande while trying to make a u-turn in January.

The 65-year-old retired following her arrest after nearly 25 years on the bench.

Thursday following her guilty plea, Walker was given a suspended sentence and will not serve jail time as long as she complies with conditions set by the court.
