Food truck restaurant establishes permanent location

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – The Alvarez brothers, Carlos and Lorenzo, took a love for ice cream and other frozen pastries, then turned it into a bustling business. The pair formed Pop Fizz and took it on the road in the form of a food truck and now have an established location at the National Hispanic Cultural Center.

As local business owners, the brothers say they are happy that their newest venture is tied into a place with strong roots such as the cultural center.
