PHOENIX (KRQE) – A New Mexico felon was arrested in Arizona after leading police on a chase.
Police took 25-year-old Mark Facio into custody on Tuesday in Wickenburg about an hour north of Phoenix. They say someone reported a man and woman passed out in a car, and a child in the backseat.
When police got there, the woman and child got out of the car, but Facio drove off, later dumping it.
A police helicopter spotted Facio hiding in a shed.
Facio is wanted in Albuquerque.
