Elizabeth Hernandez was pregnant with her third child when she left her sister’s home one year ago.
Her family says she was last seen getting when her boyfriend dropped her off in front of the Human Services building on Bridge.
Elizabeth’s family believes Martinez had something to do with her disappearance, but he has not been charged with any crime.
