Two families are now displaced from their homes after a fire broke out at a duplex in southeast Albuquerque on Edith near Anderson.
Officials say AFR crews responded to the structure fire around 12:30 a.m. Friday.
They say it was a single fire alarm with one fire engine on scene.
In addition to the families, a dog was evacuated.
There were no injuries reported.
The cause of the fire is now under investigation.
