Rio Rancho Public Schools cancel classes on Monday due to internet connectivity issues

RIO RANCHO, N.M. (KRQE) – The Rio Rancho Public School district has canceled classes on Monday because of internet access issues. They say they were told of a damaged fiber optic circuit which means students and staff would not have internet connectivity.

Officials say the SAFE program will also be canceled. They say athletics will continue as scheduled and classes may be able to resume Tuesday.
