Deputies arrested a driver in the South Valley after a road rage incident.

Deputies arrested 22-year-old Richard Tapia on Friday.

They say a driver claims Tapia cut him off, then followed him and his passengers to a Circle-K parking lot.

He says Tapia started yelling, then pulled out a gun.

The victims drove off and called 911.

Deputies say Tapia admitted to pointing the gun at the other car after the other driver honked at him and the two exchanged words.
