Daylight saving bill stalls in the House

The fight to stop changing clocks has stalled. 

Senator Cliff Pirtle has proposed a bill that would permanently switch New Mexico to daylight saving. It would provide an extra hour of light during the evening.

The bill has already passed the Senate but now sits in a House committee with a week left in the session.
