Police say an Albuquerque woman stabbed her boyfriend after an argument.
According to a criminal complaint it happened at a home near Blake and Isleta, Friday.
The boyfriend of 36-year-old Megan Henderson says she was upset, so he decided to go lay down.
Soon after, he says Henderson came into the room and began stabbing him in the buttocks with a knife.
Police arrested Henderson.
In court Saturday, the state filed a motion to keep Henderson locked up until trial.
“Ms.Henderson, you are being held in custody until a district court judge can hear the state’s motion. I have signed the order of transfer,” said Judge Christine Rodriguez.
Henderson is facing charges including aggravated battery and aggravated assault.
