There’s a warrant out for a driver accused of hitting an elderly man and taking off more than a year ago.
Juan Rodelas, 24, is accused of hitting the man walking near the Rio Grande Gorge Bridge in 2017.
One of the 74-year-old victim’s legs had to be amputated and the other was broken.
According to the Taos News, Rodelas has failed to appear in court to face the charges.
Rodelas was initially placed on a no-bond hold, but was later released.
