Tularosa man pleads guilty to vehicular homicide, DWI charges in Roswell

ROSWELL, N.M. (KRQE) – A Tularosa man has pleaded guilty in a deadly DWI crash in Roswell. Police say Luke Towner was drunk and driving 70 mph on South Main Street last December when he rear-ended a car at a red light. Douglas Annis, 26, died at the scene and two others were hurt. Towner’s sentencing is set for Dec. 14.
