One of the teens connected to the murder of a 15-year-old Albuquerque boy will remain locked up until trial.

Scott Spencer; his brother, 17-year-old Russell Spencer; and two other juveniles are accused of luring Evyn Scott into a car last Thursday, then throwing him out of the car near Paako Ridge Golf Course and shooting him repeatedly.

Monday, Scott Spencer appeared before Judge Charles Brown who ruled he poses a risk to the community and should remain locked up.

He is charged with kidnapping and contributing to the crime. His brother is the accused shooter.
