The feds have now charged three of the seven suspects connected to the murder of a gas station attendant in Edgewood earlier this year.

State Police say the group was watching Michael Pelkey at the Smith’s gas station.

They say Daniel Gonzales went inside his booth, and stole about $50.

When Pelkey tried to stop him, police say another man, Daniel Martinez, shot and killed him.

Eileen Sandoval is accused of planning the robbery.

Court documents show state charges against Martinez, Gonzales and Sandoval have been dropped, and the three are charged federally.

Gonzales and Martinez are being held until trial, while Sandoval’s paperwork is still sealed.

Meanwhile, there’s a warrant out for another suspect, Morgan Ramirez, for cutting off her GPS ankle monitor.
