The man arrested after Albuquerque Police say he stabbed a business owner with a drug needle is back behind bars.

That business owner says Shammon Cordova attacked him back in October when he tried to kick Cordova out of his car lot on Wyoming and Copper.

Cordova was released from jail with an ankle monitor, but cut it off.

A warrant was issued and he was arrested. He is expected in court this Thursday.
