NEW MEXICO (KRQE) – Courtney Frank, 19, was arraigned Thursday on charges of involuntary manslaughter and assault resulting in serious bodily injury. Frank is accused of driving drunk and crashing head-on into a car with a mother and son in September 2022. The mother died and the son was injured.
A date for her trial has not been set. Frank faces up to ten years in prison if convicted.
