ROSWELL, N.M. (KRQE) – A Roswell man has pled not guilty to second-degree murder in connection to the beating death of his father. Ivan Gonzalez was arraigned on the charges on Monday.
He’s accused of punching, choking, and kicking to death his father, Mario Gonzalez, on August 27, after the two got into an argument.
