A Clovis man who’s been arrested at least 10 times for DWI is trying to get his latest conviction overturned.

A jury found Randall Pruitt guilty for his tenth arrest from December 2017.

He was pulled over on Christmas Eve after a woman reported he had crashed into her car. He was later found at his home.

Pruitt has been acquitted of several prior DWIs.

Now, court records show Pruitt is asking the court to give him time to ask for a new trial, though the documents do not give a reason.
