Parents who allegedly forced their young daughter into prostitution are now being accused of violating a court order.

In May, Judge Alisa Hart ordered Teri Sanchez and James Stewart held until trial, and said the two were not to contact each other.

The state claims Sanchez’s attorney tried to give her a birthday card at a recent court hearing.

He wasn’t allowed, so he read it to her.

Prosecutors say it was a message from Stewart, telling her he was going to take care of everything.

The state is asking the court to take a look at the incident.
