State Police are investigating a homicide that occurred Saturday night in Tularosa.

Tularosa Police say around 11:30 p.m., they were called to 317 St. Francis in reference to a deceased man found on the property.

The person who found the man says they passed by a dilapidated building and saw that the lights were on inside, which they thought was unusual.

The person said they went into the building and found a man dead with an apparent gunshot wound.

The New Mexico State Police Investigations Bureau was called to investigate.

NMSP learned that Sida was seen with two unknown men earlier in the day.
