A former Chaves County deputy accused of following a man and pulling a gun on him, all while off-duty, has been found guilty.

The victim says he was driving to his Roswell home last year when off-duty Chaves County Deputy David Bradshaw started following him in his personal vehicle. When he finally pulled over, he says Bradshaw, who had his 2-year-old son with him, blocked his driveway got out and pulled a gun on him.

In court Wednesday, a jury found Bradshaw guilty of assault and child abuse. He faces up to six and a half years behind bars.
